The Family
Iñaki Begiristain and Aloña Imaz, together with their children, are the heart of Begiristain Cider House—a family united by tradition and a passion for natural cider.
The Cellars
At Begiristain Cider House, we have two cider cellars. One is traditional, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner surrounded by chestnut wood barrels. The other combines historic chestnut wood barrels with large stainless steel tanks, bringing tradition and modernity together side by side.
The Dining Rooms
We have several dining rooms to suit your needs. The first is a small dining room with tables set beside the chestnut wood barrels, allowing you to enjoy the txotx experience just a few steps away. The second is a more intimate space, located next to the family’s historic cider press and close to the cellar. The third and largest dining room offers a more social atmosphere, while still being just a short distance from our cellar, where traditional wooden barrels stand alongside modern stainless steel tanks.
The Bar
We have a bar area where we can prepare coffee and various drinks for you to enjoy after lunch or dinner.
